I have a slight rattle/knock when the car travels at low to mid speed could this be(starting to anoy me now I have fixed the dash mounts)
1, the spring mounts
2, the top strut mount
3,sway bar end links
The sway bar bushes seem to be ok any thoughts???

Check the spring seats - does the top nut on the strut spin freely, or is there resistance?

Found the problem. I went to change the spring seats and end links and found the left hand wheel bearing had a lot of play in it.
Replaced and all good now.
