You can keep spamming news events all day long. It isn't useful. Isolated, individual events designed to get people to make irrational, emotional decisions. Statistics. If you want to win the minds of your opponents, you need data. I hope you do not make your decisions based on whatever the news decided is a hot topic.

If a kid falls off a swingset every day, we can pump articles out about that too. I doubt you as a parent would care. A million other kids played that day and they weren't hurt. It's the stats that matter. How likely is it to happen?

Hell, the first article tells a story of proper police work stopping a crime. You want to play the what-if game? You're starting to remind me of those parents holding their kids close talking about "what if? oh my god what if?"

But you don't just share it. You usually caption it with a minor comment. It isn't just a news feed. Your goal is to show people that these are common events.
