Anonymous Rating: 10 Comments: They stand behind every car they sell. They don't "sell" you a car; they merge you with a car. Customer serivce is no hassle, very casual. They know how to treat the customer right. The service department is very compentent, reliable, and great. The car is done when they say it is done. The repairs are done right, and the problem is solved. Plus there's free carwashes to the customers.

M.Sullivan Rating: 1 Comments: This dealer stands behind what they sell until the warranty expires, then they run for cover. They were very helpful when Volvo paid for everything, after that they treated me like a criminal. I was a Volvo customer for life until now; I will never give them the pleasure again.

I've not purchased a car nor had work done by these guys, but they're good for all the little bits you can't find anywhere else. Their parts guys know their stuff and get me what I need fast.

These guys attempted to sell me a car they knew was wrecked. They are thieves and liars. The sales manager even defrauded my banker. That alone was a felony. How bad can it get? Not much worse than these guys.

Best wagon ever if the damn airbox would stop vibrating and it didn't have a Ford Escort headliner.

Took my car there for the heatshield/fuel tank recall. The dolt they hired as a technician left my hood half-open, why he tried to open it for fixing the fuel tank, I have NO idea. Do not take your car here for service.

Parts counter is still courteous and helpful, however.

From 1983 to 1998 my Mom bought 4 cars from them. They then charged her $330 for a battery installed. She did every bit of service with them...even tires. When i found this out I had a heart attack...so I went back thru her records...to say I was stunned was an under statement. Her lease was up so I negotiated her new deal for a what I thought would be her 5th car from them. It was cheaper to buy her a New E-class Mercedes Benz. I feel they took advantage of what at the time was a 70 year old woman...She would bring the service people cookies every time she came in.

They suck.

In all my travels I have never found a dealer that consistently provides good, honest, loyal service like it truly appreciates your business. Whenever the general, sales or service manager,or service underwriter,changes.......so does the department or corporate attitude it seems. And owners remind me of politicians in that they might start out with the best of intentions but they eventually always get sucked into the crooked car dealer mentality.

I can only assume that dealership-loyal,brand-specific,repeat customers aren't as profitable as bamboozling the walk-ins and dont-know-any-betters.
