I would have to greatly disagree with Boris in regards to the sales team. The sales guys are okay, but the sales managers are down-right condescending. They don't build good customer relations, and act as low price dealer sales managers. All I can say is I was outright lied to by one of them. My informal local survey with friends yield the same result. I wanted to buy locally to support my local home economy, but I just could not work with these guys and feel good about it.

I found the best deal, the best customer service at Fremont Volvo. They gave me their best price first (better than the others after negotiating), and were very open about all aspects of pricing. I would recommend getting a bid over their internet sales manager.
