CHRIS .S Rating: 9 Comments: The staff at the dealership is so helpful when I go in there for anything! Everything there is clean and in order. The only reason I didnt give them a ten was due to the fact they dont have very many volvos in stock because as you know volvos sell like hotcakes so I guess thats a good thing.Other than that its one of the best Ive seen and worked with.
Chad Rating: 10 Comments: My experience with this dealership has been the most positive car buying experience of my life. I was amazed by the high level of customer service and follow through. I am an extremely finicky customer and the sales manager was patient to the end. He ordered the exact car I wanted and I got it for a lower price than anywhere else I could find. The staff is well organized and they went the extra mile for me and my wife. I highly recommend this dealership to new or used Volvo shoppers.

My wife went there in January 2004 to purchase a S40. She had gotten information from the local paper about price and availablity. She called prior to arriving to make sure that the vehicle was there.
The sales staff showed her the car, and let her drive the car. She fell in love with it. It had all the options that we wanted. After some minor haggling, the sales manager discovered that he had made a mistake and gave my wife the incorrect price. The price in the paper was $24,000 but the sales manager refused to sell the car for less than $27,000. After much argument with my wife and myself, over the phone, she left and made a complaint to the BBB.
We eventually purchased a S40 at another dealer at the price that we wanted, $24,000 with the specific options needed.
This may have been a bad day, but it left us with a bad tast in our mouths.
Their service personell, however, were excellent. The service was completed ahead of schedule.
