Comments: I have been consistantly impressed with their willingness to find and fix the problem, as well as to admit when they cannot find it. I do wish they had a more liberal loaner car policy.

Comments: The only good thing that came out of my experience with Barrier was buying the car. Service was always a miss with these guys and I'd end up spending way more money than they should be charging. Everytime I went in for service its was for a number of things (get the most for my money- right? Wrong!) When I got the car back, two or less things would be repaired, that's all. The rest of the items were never completed- they would tell me to make another appointment. Hence, they have lost my business for good.

The service department at their South Center location (Tukwila) is much better. its smaller and doesnt get the traffic that Bellevue does.
