L.A. P Rating: 1 Comments: This dealer is very small but due to its location it is more convenient. Their sales department are OK, I did check them out each time I shop for a new Volvo but their price are not as good as some bigger dealers. We have two late model volvos that are serviced there regularly, mainly oil change and small fixes. It is much closer than the dealer in Pasadena where we bought both cars. Anyway, past visits have been ok so I'd give it an average rating. However, the latest visit was terrible! Our 850r was brought in for squeeky dash/center console, loose driver seat, faded badge on the rear of the car, and oil change. The car is still under warranty for a few more months but they wouldn't cover any of the items. Fine, we'll live with it until we have time to try another dealer for a second opinion.
