Anonymous Rating: 8 Comments: GREAT service department (a 10)-very good work and reasonable prices. They do aftermarket upgrade installs if asked (and provide objective opinions on which ones to spend money on), and their labor costs are similar to the other indie shops in the area. I've been taking my 850 Turbo there since I bought it, and they have always done ONLY what was required to fix the problem. If you go, see John (service mgr), Reid or Greg, although their entire service staff is top notch, IMHO. The 8 rating is for the overall dealership-the owner got stingy and eliminated loaner cars, and their current sales manager reminds me more of the local smarmy Chevy dealer than the one I dealt with when I bought my car (ie, sales "games" vs no games). I got an informal offer of roughly half the Kelly wholesale value of my car as a possible trade on a demo, which helped me calibrate the sales department. Bottom line: excellent service department, but I would go elsewhere to purchase.

Great service department as Charles said. Ask for Gerry, the newer service reps aren't as nice.(new service rep wanted to charge me $50 for a brake inspection, but once I talked to Gerry he took care of everything and it was free)
Parts at this dealership is a bit pricy now, after it became a "Power" dealership.
