Comments: The Service Department treats Volvo owners very well. Mark Crank is one of the best Mechanic's that I have had during my tenor with my Volvo C70

Couldn't recommend these guys...period. Parts prices are marked up way too hi. Also had several bad experiences with service. Ex: got a front end alignment due to it pulling to the right. Charged the $80 and it still pulled to the right. Took it back twice and was told that the Michelins were bad. But, when I took it to a tire shop with my 9/32nds treaded Michelins, the tire rep asked the alignment tech to test drive it. He drove it and then put it up on a rack and discovered that the ball joint was bad. Needless to say, I went to an indy to have the ball joint done, then returned to the RH to have them redo the alignment. They didn't waive the charge for another $75... IMO a GOOD shop will inspect the suspension and steering before trying to align.

I agree, RH is way too pricey. I have had excellent service with Viking Motors.
I have an S70 and 850, and they are very helpful with both. Volvos are expensive to maintain, I knew that going in. Mike and Scott in Viking service are great and can help with any outside interests also, ie; window tinting and stereos.

Two thumbs up for these guys!!
