Comments: Be extremely cautious dealing with this service department. I went there with out-of-state plates on my car, and the total on the repair/service bill was 50% higher than the verbal estimate they gave me. They also tried to use scare tactics to sell me additional services that my car did NOT need. I had it carefully inspected by my normal mechanic before I set out on my road trip, so I KNEW the car didn't need brake work, but to hear Majestic's service writer tell me about it, I was in immediate danger of crashing into something if I didn't have $700 worth of brake work performed immediately. I went ahead and pair the inflated service bill, since I needed my car back immediately and I didn't have the time to hassle with them over the $100, but I'll never go back again.

Hello,
My name is John, and I am sorry to hear about your experiences at Majestic Volvo, the name of the dealership is acually Inskip Volvo. I work in the parts department of the dealership, and would like to know who the advisor was that pressure sold you all the service that you did not need. We are not in the business of trying to fraud our customers, and I am truly sorry that you felt the way you did about your experience. If there is anything that we can to try to change your perception of our dealership, I would to try and help. You can email me at jappolonia@unitedauto.com with any questions or concerns. Please feel free to visit our web site @Inskip Volvo. Thank you for your time.

The member made that post in 2006, and it was his only post. I doubt they check the boards. Your best bet is to call the number for the dealership.

I really need to make a new sig pic. Nahhhhhhhh
