Comments: Boneheads - they dropped my 850 a couple of feet off the lift causing > $2000 damage to right side panels (old style lift). They still charged me for the oil change and, they weren't very accommodating during repairs.

Comments: Took my 740 turbo in for regular sevice interval, was told i needed 800.00 aditional work, went for a second opinion confirmed my thought being over sold. when I called to talk with the Manager on the issue, very rude man. will not go back!

I would agree that they are bone heads, however Mrs. Fisher is very nice
