Comments: Service is the best I have dealt with. When I buy a car, I look at the service department closely, and without a doubt, Jackie Cooper is the best I have ever worked with, bar none. I have been with them now for 10 yrs+ and I do not plan to change.

Good deal, clean car. Mechanical problems are starting to show though, may have to replace head gasket. But this is the second cari have bought from them I am definetly a fan,

YOU ARE 100% CORRECT!
I have a 2005 Mercedes C230 with 48,000 miles with a BLOWN ENGINE! We purchased it NEW with 69 miles on it from Jackie Cooper Imports. It has the manuf. warranty until 50,000 miles. BUT...Jackie Cooper says "it isnt covered because we don't have all of our service records"! We had the oil changed there..Now, they have NO record of it! On the vehcile history report..it shows we only drove the car 500 miles in almost 2 years!!! I drive the car EVERYDAY!! They have ALTERED the records!!!
I still owe 17,000.00..I still pay 520.00 a month on a car that sits in our driveway!
