Comments: Sales.......excellent General Manager......great Service department.......no attention to detail despite repeated chances. Things overlooked on 97 855 T5: Upper Torque rod bushing; Turbo seal; Transmission slippage; Rear rotors; improper lug nut torque (one fell out from normal driving); and service department uses your car as a race car on test drives. I would recommend this dealership if major improvements are made.

Went in for 100 k and inspection. Not sure about t belt change, althpough was told it was done. Service writer was goping to charge 2 hrs to CHECK the belt. They missed several items that were not working. I listened to several conversations while waiting and no one was served properly, imo. One lady given an estimate of 10 hours trouble shootinf but no guarantees. Another stayed 3 hours to find out they did not have the part for a repair she had an appt for.
It seems comission sales by the service writer, and other issues leave me less than impressed. I will not go back. However, the 100 k service( fuel filter and oil change) went well.

Curbed my HRE wheel and tried to have their resident idiot "wheel specialist" (who had never heard of HRE or a 3 piece wheel.... but is a "specialist") GRIND it out and buff it....
The Service manager's words quoted, "it will look close to new, you will only be able to tell when you get within 10 feet of the car..."
This from the same manager who described to me the way the TWIN SEQUEBTIAL TURBOS work on my 2005 S60R...
