Comments: Unfortunatly this dealership is plagued by high turnover, dishonest management, and lack of understanding for the modern concept of customer service. Having found this out the hard way, I do not trust them with my car. Instead, knowlwgable owners take their cars to Independent Volvo on 3rd st.

I am sorry you feel this way sir. I am a master tech for this dealer and i tell you that we have had a large change in management. As far as your turn over rate you are very wrong. I have been there for over three years and i am still one of the new volvo guys. but still thanks for the review.



P.s. Indepent does poor work...and I know because i see it first hand. all they are is cheap. But I guess you get what you pay for.
