Comments: There are about 10 Volvo dealers within 25 miles of my home, and I found Pauls service dept. to be the best by a long shot. I have been useing their services for ten years now, and as of yet not one problem. Honest, fair prices, loaners, guest house, performance oriented...QUALITY workmenship!

I was up in Northern New Jersey in my 03 S80 last Friday (I'm from Maryland) when a check engine light came on. Took my car in to Paul's Volvo in Hawthorne, from where my sisters have bought and serviced 6 Volvos over the past 20 years, at 3:30PM. The service writer had a tech check out the light in 5 minutes and diagnosed a defective thermostat and housing. They did the work (under warranty) and had it complete by closing! Absolutely incredible service. Highly recommended.
