Comments: Excellent shop. I used these guys for eight years before moving to another state. Not cheap, but fair. Good internet prices on OEM parts.

Comments: Have used these guys off and on for over 13 years. They're talented enough. Very expensive. Parts are 20% OVER MSRP. Don't fall for their mail order "discount". You can do better at Beechmont with the VCOA discount. Parts dept staffed by Teamsters that are quite gruff most of the time.

Comments: Purchased my 1995 850T new from them at a very good price negotiated w/John Babcock (was honest & fair). Service dept. is very good, but very expensive. Free new Volvo loaner cars & a car wash are nice "luxury" service touches which soften the high cost. Very friendly, helpful employees.

i ordered my rims from Red in the service department. i got 4 rims, 1 had a huge curb rash and another a huge scratch. I called to get two new ones and they refused. I had to talk to the manager and told him that if i didnt get two new rims i would have to post on every forum in knew of that they had bad service. i got two new rims but had to pay to have the bad ones sent back :-( i dont think ill deal with them again....

I have ordered a lot of parts from Red, never had a problem. Two thumbs up for service and prices.

He's always helpful when I make my frequent runs there for odds and ends!

by the way, brentwood is just outside of st.louis

brentwood volvo definitely does not like modded volvos...i have had several problems with the car and they always blame it on my aftermarket exhaust which is impossible. I am not a fan of Brentwood volvo but west county volvo is even worse.
