Comments: Good service department but some of their parts department people have a attitude. Overall they get parts fast when ordered and they have some very skilled service people.

I have purchased 3 new Volvo's from Fathers and Sons including my current S60R. This is the only Volvo dealer in the Springfield/Hartford area that is willing to make a deal that I have done business with. No complaints with the service dept either. I was actually able to get a real deal on 4 new Pegs for my R from the parts dept after talking to my salesmanager first.
Right now I'm hoping to trade in the R for a new Porsche Cayman S at the same dealership.
