Comments: I have bought dozens of new cars. Hal Bishop at Quantrell is the best salesperson I have ever worked with.

Comments: Absolutely the most incompetent service department I have ever dealt with. For every major repair we have gone there first because we live in Lexington, Later we have to go to Louisville to Tafel Motors and they will fix the problem every time. Thus we have learned go to Tafel first. We actually gave Quantrell a chance to sell us a Volvo first, again a condescending, pushy salesman would not take my wife and I seriously probably because we are young. Thus, he lost a sale by "pre-qualifying" his buyer. Both my wife and I make six figure saleries, but when we go to car dealerships we dress very casually so we will not be over patronized.

Comments: I'm a V70XC AWD owner in Lexington KY and have a daughter in Indy IN with a S40. The dealer in Indy is OUTRAGOUS compared to our dealership in Lexington KY when it comes to SERVICE! Quantrell's Volvo service has been great. That is a lot more than I can say for Tom Woods Imports in Indy IN.............. Jay W

Had issues again with the service department at Quantrell. Went to have some work done on my 850, found out that they o2 sensors hadn't been put on properly and that the air pump fitting wasn't connected. It got scary when I was the one who had to explain to them what had been done wrong.
Basic suspension stuff, basic AC work, they're fine. Anything beyond that and it's hit or miss as to whether you'll get decent service. Unfortunately, it comes down to which Tech works on the car. The service writers don't know much about these cars, and some Techs are clearly more knowledgeable than others.
