Comments: I only award an 8 because I don't know about their service dept. Their salesman, Kent Achtenberg, was great! Our whole deal was totally no-hassle, and he even informed us of a financing deal when we took delivery that saved us $1000 and made our final cost $500 UNDER invoice! We were treated like royalty from start to finish.

Comments: I second the comments about Kent Achtenberg. We traded in our 2998 V70 T5 for a 2001 T5 with pickup in Sweden. No hassles, let us keep our old car for 2 months/2000 miles while waiting to pick up the new without hassles about trade in value going down, etc. Service department has a superb Volvo tech, but they do five other car lines and there are a lot of Volvos in South Bend. All in all, far better than Howard Orloff in Chicago.

my mom got her s60 t-5 about a year ago, gave her a good deal with a nice warrenty. small dealership but clean and nice.
