Comments: Service here is hit or miss. Replacing a door handle took 2 months, trans problem took 1 day. Some what spendy, service- writers make-up prices as they go, 32k service quoted at $250, I complained, they said without the cabin filter it would be $140,ITS A $20 PART!, put it on myself.

Stopped in to get a dipstick (oil was blowing by the pull ring where it had broken). Gave me the wrong one and they couldn't seem to figure out the correct one. I was stuck and widdled the plug portion down until it fit.

By the way ... it's spelled NAPLES 
Only thing I've had to use these guys for is a few over-the-counter parts and a radio code, so nothing to comment on really.
