Not only do they work on Volvo's, but he has a graveyard of every model ever made by Volvo. It's fun to spend a day there just walking around pulling parts, just make sure you take the wasp spray in the summer!!

The Volvoshop is great. The labor rate is $75. Mark allows the purchase of your own parts. His advise is spot on.
Examples.
1. Ac on 98 V70 wasn't working. He applied voltage and it clicked on. Had just spent 120 having system "fixed". He told me it was a redundant relay in the compressor. He said if I eliminated the relay it would be safe amd work. It did. charge = $0
2. Front steering was pulling. Needed inner and outer tie rods, both control arms, both anti-sway links, and the left boot was bad. Bought parts for $180, labor $ 252.
3, 0171 code. Showed me hole in vacuum connector. I replaced connector, (rockauto) fixed. Charge $0.
He helps, if you give him business, he doesn't nickel and dime you, well, in the volvo world, 20 and 50 you!
lot is a mess, not fancy, they just do great work! volvoshop.com

This is their site URL, actually :
http://volvoshopinc.com/
EDIT: On that note, someone really really needs to help them update their website. Hurts the eyes.

HAHA...the fact that a shop in Ravenna HAS a website is an accomplishment! Great place BTW, bought some parts there a few years ago
I actually bought an RX-7 12A engine from him @ 17 years ago too...
