Back on the road and purring like a kitten.

Two vents (thanks Hussein) with baffles on the underside. Welded the donuts from the inside, no reason just did it that way. And look what showed up in the mail today...SWEET!

Got the head, exhaust and turbo on today. Also installed some jewels.

Looks like it had at one time. The charcoal canister was actually eaten through on the top, very odd being plastic. Painted the subframe before installing it.

Car is running great. I like the new clutch combo. Transmission is still clattering more than I would like at idle.

Ran across this...looks like I get to live with it.

That article talks about using a unsprung clutch with a single mass flywheel. I thought you had switched back to the stock 850R disc?

Since I read that its been determined that my trans is toast. Searching for a new one.

I am still running a ClutchNet product just not the 6 button.

Looks great John! You were using the P80 m56 or a P2 m56? Reason I ask...my m66 in the s60 rattles like a mofo after installing the quaife/bearings and running the Kalmar Union flywheel. Sorry for going off topic :D

CRAP!!!!

Oil like wont go off. I made a couple wot runs in 3rd gear. Everything was fine. Drove back to work, shut it off. Fired it back up after lunch and the light stayed on longer than normal then shut off. Hmmm, didnt like that so I shut it off and started it again. Light went off. Went out to listen to the engine and when I got back in the light was on. Rev'ed a little bit and it went off but back at idle it came back on again. Now it stays on all the time. Engine still sounds fine but I am not driving it like that.

Thoughts????
