Had my Volution V rims scratched while my car was being serviced there. They didn't try to deny the damage and originally wanted to refinish the whole rim. However, I asked them to give me half the value of the rim since I had already scratched it multiple times and they agreed. Received the check a week later.
Also, the service writeup person lacked good communication. There were several times where I had to call the dealership and then they said they would have to call me back because the service writeup person is busy. I never hear a call and I had to call back again. This same process would happen another time or so before I can finally reach my service writeup person. However, they were extremely pleasant to talk.

I've had my car there for service twice. No problems with the work. Service Writer Ryann (girl) is great. They fight with my warranty company for me and make sure I never have to pay for anything.
The one neg. thing is that I have to keep up on them and call daily to make sure they don't forget about my car while waiting for the warranty company to call them back. My car is usually in there for 2-3 days on a 2-3 hour job awaiting approval from the warranty company.

I recently brought my car in twice for a warrantied repair and now I have to take it to another dealer to have the job done right, a third trip. My car came back with a filthy interior and a scratch in the paint. Of course, the service manager downplayed the scratch, despite the fact that the car was brand new and flawless. I will never bring any of my Volvos to Turner again. A few years back they misdiagnosed a transmission fluid problem with my S40 and after 3 years and an expired warranty, the warranty guy came out and recommended a transmission fluid flush ($450 out of pocket) which solved the problem. The "technicians" couldn't diagnose a simple fluid flush after 3 years and over 12 visits documenting the problem. Turner would not cover the cost of the flush because the warranty had "just" expired, how convenient.
I had the same problem with contacting my service person, I never received any calls notifying me of my completed work or that my car was going to be in the shop longer than expected. I had to call at the end of the day to find out the car was going to stay another day or two. Only then was I offered a courtesy vehicle.
