Hi,
can anyone help me with removing the grill so that I can get the sash off my S60?

1. Don't you just open your hood up.
2. Then look at the back of the grille.
3. You should see some screws. (Might be Torx screws)
4. Take the grille off.
5. Should be like tabs or something holding the sash in place.

I never removed the sash, but removed the grille. On my 850 though.

With the S60 I am PRETTY sure you need to take off the entire bumper to get to the grille.

I'm willing to bet that they changed the design since the 850 years. The design to me just screams --- Design flaw, steal me please.

I'm not a dumb as I look, it's not that easy for sure, I agree that as best I can see, the bumper needs to come off?
I was hoping for some fancy clips or something that hold the grill in place.
I woudl hate to break the sash to get it off, but I'm NOT taking the bumper off to do it either.
