Comments: Pre-owned vehicles are not inspected properly if inspected at all! Many items were missed. Salesperson claims that all vehicles undergo a "thorough" Volvo inspection. Will never use this dealer again. Many good Volvo dealers around and this is definitely not one of them.

Yes, that dealership is truly awful!

Bought the wife's 2003 S-40 from those guys. Certified Pre-owned and when I got it home and popped that airbox open, the filter looked like it had been 4-wheeling it was so caked with grit and nastiness and there were leaves in the bottom of the airbox! The rest of the car has been fine and this was really minor, but don't tout your "thorough examination" and all tha garbage, when its was obvious they didn't even pop the airbox open and look at the air filter. Hey guys...skip the greasy shiny crap you slather the engine compartment with to make it appear shiny and actually look at the thing...ok?

Another annoying thing I have noticed is that when the S-40 goes in the shop for warranty work...surprise!...they never seen to have a loaner available. Again...don't tout a free loaner as a selling point, because 3 times there has been no loaner avaiable.

Not impressed with this dealer at all.

(not really impressed with the S-40 either...thank God I kept out old 91 240...its was a better car...Ford is seeping into Volvo...not good)
