Show Us Your Watch Thread

Recommended Posts

Was talking to Adam about this via text but figured I would ask in this thread as well... and to not clutter the thread you can PM me too if you prefer but I am looking for a nice watch as a gift for my groomsmen. Looking to spend $150 or less on each.

I like some of the thin Skagen watches. Non of the Citizen watches that I seem to like are under $150. There are some nice Seiko that I have found...

Fossil actually makes some great watches for not so much money. I also like some of the Nautica watches.

I'd buy him two Swatches with a $150 budget.  One that is "fun" and one that is "dress."

The thing is I need to buy four watches... one for each of us. So would like to spend less than $600 haha

The Tissot's are beautiful in my eyes but just none of the cooler ones are ~$125/ea

Great looking, affordable and great quality. Plus LOTS of options.

I like those AVI-8's.

Those are sharp, first I've heard of them

I went with this...

From reviews I found Skagen to be a pretty reputable brand. Price was right too, but most importantly... the leather was a 100% match to the belt and shoes I got my groomsmen as well as their gift from me... Gonna get a corny note and date engraved on the bottom of them and I'll be set!

Beautiful. I always felt Tissot was a significantly underrated watchmaker. They make some really fine timepieces, especially some of the older stuff. New pieces are rather affordable as well.

Picked up this piece recently while I have a few of my others serviced. I've been into dive watches as of late.

I've spent a considerable amount on one watch a few times, as many here have as well, but this was a great purchase for not a lot of money and with a nice mechanical movement to boot. I have a brown leather NATO band that I'll likely swap on from time to time, but overall I am extremely happy with both form and function.
