My Volvo S40 T4 700hp with Holset

Tested my cylinder head on flow bench today. Also for comparison completely stock B4194T2 cylider head. Also tested my dual-plenum intake manifold vs stock intake manifold.

On my cylinder head dual plenum intake manifold with 11mm lift 204hp vs. 177.5hp. On stock cylinder head with stock intake manifold 189hp vs. 166hp. Both tested also without throttlebody and no change on result on that. :)

My cylinder head also on stock valves and mild cleaning on both ports, nothing special. Little bit more job done on exhaust side than intake side.

Flow test maximum flow values converted from 10" to 28" and from 4cyl to 5cyl:

Intake 123,8cfm 10" 4cyl 
Exhaust 103,4cmf 10" 4cyl

Intake 207cfm 28" 4cyl
Exhaust 173cfm 28" 4cyl

These 28" converted to 5cyl figures:
Intake 259cfm 28" 5cyl
Exhaust 216cfm 28" 5cyl

Butriz: V40 B4194T with modified HX40

Sute: V40 B4204T2 with darton mid sleeves and high compression

Kasipuokki: 850 T5 with diesel block and S60R cylinder head

Vekku: V40 B4194T2 with stock block

Its only short dyno run. We ordered him same Darton MID Sleeves as i have. It wont hold on standing mile without dartons. :)

No just normal dyno run but you never get in any dyno same stress on engine as you get on standing mile when 35s on full throttle. :)
