Recently I have been looking at some great pix of the ol' S70R. I like the vented style covers next to the fog lights and center front air dam. Will those fit a regular 2000 S70?..and where can I get them?...any mods to needed?...Thx all

The covers next to the fogs, will fit without any modifications. However the center front air dam needs modifications to fit. I got them for my S70 from the dealer, around $40 for all three pieces.

Good luck

Only 40 bucks? is that US or Canadian dollars? Either way it's pretty cheap for something from the dealer smile.gif

Well maybe $50 or something like that, I can't remember but it wasn't rediculously high...and yes Canadian $$$.

I don't have the part #'s, I just tell the parts guy at volvo what I want and he searches for the part number on the computer....sorry.

Well what I did, but it's not that great, I made three holes in my air guide to line up with the 3 holes that I made in the front grill (on the clips).

The V70R fornt air dam grill has three "clips" to slide in somewhere (either the V70R airdam or the fornt bumber.) I would like to know because if it goes into the air guide then we could just buy one and it would be alot easier. So V70R guys please tell just about those clips for the fornt air dam....where do they go in the bumper or in the air guide????

So anyways I just used screws and bolts to put everything together.

you could check out my pics below in my signature the first one is a pic with the S/V70R grill inserts.
