IIRC you couldn't bolt P2X seats directly into P80 cars, so usually foam and seat skins were swapped to the P80 seat frame.

You will loose your side airbags doing this. '99+ cars will need to have a resistor wired up to avoid triggering the SRS light. You can use the OEM diagnostic resistor as a plug'n'play solution or make your own.

Lookforjoe has installed a P2X seat in his XR but not the complete seat, maybe he can help you.

Or look at what kilroy did, he installed a complete P2X seat by the looks of it. His garaget.org thread is a little more detailed than his thread on VS (>here).

Yeah he hasnt been on in 2 years .

But that wagon was always amazing !

Thinking I am going to try to swap the coushins and covers over on the beat up drivers seat first and go from there.

Hussein did this but IIRC used the base from his original seats

Yeah so it seems just yank off the leather and cusions and move them over to the existing seat.

In the end that probally is the easiest thing to do just a major PIA due to the hogsclips ugh
