Well today, I took a bit of time out of my day and pulled the MAS Italy rims out of storage and washed them and then waxed them. First I used a generic cleaner in my water followed by a good spray of concentrated simple green on the tims. Then I used Meguiars regular carnuba wax on them. I also added a bit of black magic tire wet to shine them up a bit. cool.gif

^The goods.

^Ooh. Dirty.

I start waxing the back first... this way you don't mess up the wax on the front.

Then the top...

Then get a clean cloth and take that wax off. At this point I added the tire wet. I found that if you spread it with your hands it covers a lot better than with an applicator.

One done!

All of them done!

Agreed. I'd like to go get them rebalanced and get them on in two weeks.

Good call. I probably would have thrown mine on today but I need to have the camber readjusted and I need to have the tires rotated too, so that out of my league.

30 degrees is a heatwave here at school...literally, it was 35 degrees last week, after going 2 weeks with sub-zero (that's right, fahrenheit) temperatures for 2 weeks, and kids here broke out shorts and skirts and even sandals...Boy do I hate this cold weather mad.gif Let's hope there isn't snow at Graduation in May again this year!

I love 37-degree rain...not quite cold enough to be pretty white snow, but instead a miserable, numbing, cold rain. dry.gif
