i found a rear spoiler that was originally for a 94 model and i was wondering if it would work on the 93 without problems???
like the connections and the rear brake light.

i just won a black 850 spoiler off a 94

i got it for 49.99

comes out to 80 somthing including ups ground shipping.

comes with mounting brackets.

good deal???

I don't think there should be any compatiblity problems with anything except maybe the break light. For that you could just piggyback it off one of the others to get the signal.

94+ are easier than the 93 because you don't have to drill any holes (maybe one for the brake light)

it should just clamp on

so wait??? how would i go about installing the unit??? bolting it on?>/??

i thought the body of 93-98 were the same?

There are little clamps that fasten with a torx bit on the outside of the spoiler. All you do is crank those babies down and you're good to go disregarding the wiring for the brakelight.

i jus got my spoiler it came with some claps or hooks...i donno what they are.
got to see how to put it on when i get my car back

I have this spoiler you speak of and it just clamps/clips on at either end. I wired it into the 3rd brake light and it works beautifully. A few strips of 3M heavy-duty foam double-sided tape is good to put under each of the contact points between the spoiler/trunk.
