Hi,
My car is 1996 850 Wagon...
The wiper windsheild and they very slow moving, any idea what is problem? any advise me I will check and try repair tomorrow.

Probably problem is arm shaft (rusted). Take off wiper arms and plastic cap, turn on
wiper and put WD-40 around shaft. Leave wiper in position on for couple minutes. Usually plastic cap are damaged.

Yeah I notice plastic cap is damage. I will fix today and hope will solve.

Yes you're right... I clean off of rust and put WD-40 and now back normal...
