Help! i accidentally cut the ground going to my headlight and spliced it back long ago. however teh splice is weak and the wire is brittle. i want to replace the relays in my headlamps with a new set. how do i replace the relays? does this require removing the headlamp (probably does) and if so - how do i remove the headlamp? i hear there are bolts on it but I cannot find them. anyone have any pics? also - i am looking to acquire the relays from the 2003 C70 if possible and the city light bulb (if at all possible) anyone know anything bout that.

I believe the light relays are up under the fusebox cover thing held in by 4 torx screws. The headlights should be held in by several 10 mm bolts. They're not really hidden. Just look for them. As far as the splice goes, it sounds like you need to use butt connector style splicer things that you can probably get from Radioshack. You'll need to crimp using an actual crimper tool. That's how I've done any splices on my car and the connections are super secure and tight.
