1995 Volvo 850 T wagon

Does anyone have a detailed drawing of the vacuum hoses to the carbon canister
I have been plagued with a code 315 for a couple of years. I replaced the EVAP valve and the canister, and the problem seems to come back. Sometimes it goes away for a month, other times the code is set in a week. I am beginning to think I have a misplaced vacuum hose.

The setup on the canister is one large line goes to the tank, and a second very thin line goes from the very top of the canister to the evap valve, and from the evap valve to the intake manifold. There are 2 other hose points on the canister which are plugged with rubber caps.

I would be very interested if someone could email me or post a picture showing the canister (round type). I suspect that I may be missing another hose.

Looks as if I was connected to the wrong port on the canister
