Ok, so I decided to strip and clean my intake manifiold as well as the "PCV System". I found what looks to be an EGR under the intake/TB. The tube from the manifold to that thing was TOTALLY clogged. Could that have been causing my oil-cap and dipstick tube to be blowing oil? I didn't find any other blockages so I hope that was it. unsure.gif

Also, my injectors look a little rough after 11 years! blink.gif
What can I use to clean and/or test them? Trying to find a shop locally to tank the intake and clean/test the injectors for me. Any suggestions for Georgia?

Hey Chris,

I just cleaned out the intake pipe to the turbo and the "PCV" as well this wekeend. Now I have no pressure in the crankcase. Just some small wiffs of steam or smoke from the dipstick at idle.

I'm not sure about that tube from the EGR to the intake, but I know cleaning out the PCV really made everything work great. No more blue smoke or burning oil from oil blowing past the turbo seals.

I'll be curious to see what someone else has to say regarding this tube.

Good luck.

Thanks for the info! I'm hoping that this fixing my oil loss and blue smoke at the exhaust too.

Also, the hard plastic pipe that runs from the turbo inlet to the PCV... There was, what appears to be, a vacuum hose running beside it (I cut the foam tube-thing open, I'm a curious monkey.gif ).
Anyone know what that hose connects to, if anything?

Thanks!
