Is it possible for a bad pnp switch to throw a 3-2-3 code (Lock up or slip) ?

Possibly like a bent pin? or some other reason?

*edit* : Also is it possible that it only throws the code at above 60mph?

Tcm 322 incorrect gear ratio could be caused by a bad PNP switch, but not 323. Replacing the lock up solenoid might fix that problem, if you are going to bust open the valve body cover I'd recommend replacing all three solenoids, S1, S2, STH.
