HI ALL,...
went to check if i had a jack for my friend, and after opening the trunk and lifting the cover to the spare tire in my 850,...I FIND MY SPARE TIRE SWIMMING IN WATER!!!!

neone know where this H20 came from and how this came to be??!!??

I am pretty sure there are drainage holes in the spare tire well, unplug them. But I have no I idea how you got water in there in the first place.

seriously,...water in the compartment??!!...and the trunk part is dry as...well...its dry! still perplexed

Mkae sure all of the trunk seals and drains are clear and undamaged

Let me guess, you part outside right? Yeah, I bet the water is coming from plugged up drain hoses at the corners of the trunk. Once the hoses become clogged, water runs over the seal and down into the spare tire well. I get this all the time. Once you confirm they are clogged, clean 'em. Pull the trunk sides off and they'll be easy enough to remove and clear.
