How does one reset the Service Reminder Indicator (SRI), light?

Your first 4 services are free, that includes the service light reset.
Key to position I
push in the odometer button and hold (use left hand)
With free right hand move the key to position II
when the Odo mileage numbers come back on you should either see a message on the left about service, or there could be a triangle center dash that starts blinking, release the odo reset button.

Will this work for a 99 S-80?

Yep....the only thing I do diffrent is when the light starts flashing I start the car then release the trip odo. button
