All I will say is the following:
I have lived in Savannah for 6 months (Sept-Feb). Over that time I have had to bring my car to them 3 times. Each time, they have been able to take me in very quickly and get my car done quickly. Of course, this could also mean that people refuse to give them business. Draw your own conclusions.
More importantly is the fact that the technicians will usually allow you to pick their brains over the phone (so long as you have somewhat of an idea what might be wrong with your car) rather than give you the "we need to take a look at it" drill.
Lastly, they will gladly put in parts that you have purchased elsewhere. I have yet to buy a part from them, other than an EGR gasket and TB gasket that was too much effort to buy together online.
I'm an amateur and can only imagine how easy they would be to deal with if you REALLY knew what you were talking about.
One final note: I have not dealt with them long enough to really learn about the experience level of their staff. However, what I can speak for is their professionalism.
