cool.gif My battery light comes on intermittently and only stays on for a couple of seconds, then goes off. I noticed a blue cable going to ground at some sort of bussbar, directly in front of the battery, was corroded. I removed the nut and cleaned it good, to no avail. Is my alternator starting to fail? Maybe the internal regulator? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Also, when I put the car in drive today, it took off like it was in second gear. I stopped, backed up, took off again, same thing. I stopped, backed up, took off again and it was fine. I'll have to run the codes but I'm thinking - PNP switch. Am I on the right track? Thanks!

if you found one corroded cable, most likely there are other corroded ones.

Clean all the battery cables, especially the little red ones, and look for other corroded ground cables sad.gif
