The inside nut is now been done away with. You now will need a 14MM wrench (cresent or open ended ) and a #30 Torx socket.
To tighten the part to the car you will need the #30 torx to hold the bolt while you tighten the 14MM nut. The torx is in the center of the bolt that you tighten the nut down on.
In the middle of my job I had to make a run to O'Reilleys to pick up the the blasted #30 torx socket to complete the job. I am convinced that before I die I will own every tool ever made
Otherwise - replacing the sway bar link rods is about a 30 minute job for both sides.
