Hey,
Is it worth it to move the horns performance wise? If so, what difference does it make? Thanks.

it's a little bit of what 86wagon said, and a little bit more of what toxic said.

Especially if you end up doing a mesh grille, it gives it a lot cleaner look. There is an increase in air flow to the radiator, but it's not so drastic you'll notice a huge gain in performance once you've moved the horns out of the way. Just be careful if you're putting them under the fender, water can make short work of them! ph34r.gif

No gain in performance, but it does help with better cooling of the AC condenser during the summer months.

If you live in the South and get to use the AC 9 mos out of the year, then relocating the horns is a must. The radiator fan doesn cycle as often, since I relocated the horns in my V70 because of the better air flow thru the area.

If you live somewhere where it is hot out and you like driving fast (well over 100mph) then I believe it will make a difference. I wish I knew now about tuning back when I was in Germany with my then new 94 Saab 900SE Turbo (162mph down a hill and bumped the limiter smile.gif ).
