Take the top hose off and the bottom hose off. after that put the water hose in the overflow tank and let the water go out the bottom hose. Also stick the water hose in the top radiator hose to flush the radiator out.
Then put the bottom hose back on and fill the overflow tank full of water. Start the car and let it idle for awail. Make sure that the overflow tank always have water in it. Soon water will come out of the top hose and just keep going until you don't see anymore oil/coolant mud mix.
Also put dishwasher detergent in the system to really clean it out, but make sure that you flush it all out.
