Well these pins I linked you guys too will they lock my hood or not? If person doesn't have a key that is .
.
T3/T4 60 trim, SAFCII, FMIC etc.
Limped to 301whp/300lb @ 1.3 BAR, flew on angel's wings at 1.8 BAR...Stock block...

.wouldn't you be able to retain the stock locking mechanism too? the locks would just be for show?

Yep. I did that with my 242. See the 1st gen CF hoods for my car would lift at the leading edges. 240's only have a single (centered) hood latch unlike 850's and such. Since mine the problem has been corrected.
Any hood pin style that isn't "flush" with the hood completely will not require a lock.
