Hey all. Thanks for your patience with this project. I have succesfully created some aluminum lock knobs with a nylon insert for easy installation. There is still the for sale ad in the for sale section that I will be updating soon.

oh boy, here we go again. I actually have been successful with a filled in one, but no pics yet. I have it engraved on a piece of nickel stock, but that doesn't do us much good. For that matter, I could make nickel locks as well

Well, people have been bothering me for them for quite some time, and it is not as easy as it looks. Oh well, look slike I am on the right track now. and I shoudl gradually catch up now with everyone's orders.

i am laughing because it sounds like i am forcing Tbone to get on it when he is actually doing the volvo community a huge favour and we all owe him

that is correct, I have sent out two sets of the new knobs so far. I will just go through the list there.

is there any chance of getting R engraved ones that are thicker engraved?
so we can fill it in with paint?

Engraving - I was successful in filling in the engraving, but have yet to take a picture of it.

I am wokring on the new knobs right now. I am not stopping at alol, they just take a while to make.
