My friends s60 2.0t with Heico18alloy rim, Eibach springs(35mm)
but the rear wheels rub body sometimes
How to deal with it?

Hrmm the ET38 is really suited more for a P1 body style. You need something on the line of an ET30 rim. Pop a 10mm spacer on the back wheels and it should help out a lot.
