Great customer support, my whole family have been customers here for atleast 20 years. No problems with parts and service. The techs love my cars too.

I purchased my 98 S70 T5 new from Wentworth and would generally give them a good review. However, I purchased a modded 99 S70 T5 back in January. When I brought it in to have the interior detailed the service manager and the techs (as well as all of the sales people) were drooling over this car and knew it had an IPD re-flashed ECU. When I brought the car in for some minor stufff back in April they performed Recall #155 on the car (ETM re-program) without my permission (and I was in their waiting room the whole time). The service manager is a real jerk and I don't plan on bringing either of these cars back to Wentworth for service unless I have no other option.

Here's the lowdown on Wentworth Volvo: STEER CLEAR.
I had 2 parts replaced - a front caliper and on the 2nd trip in after the problem was still there, a rear rotor replaced.
Problem resurfaced not long after that - and I soon learned that brake components need to be replaced in SETS and that I'd been screwed out of several hundred dollars.
At my timing belt service, they DID NOT replace the water pump. Several months later, in another state, the pump almost failed and I was lucky enough to get into an indie (who charged me an arm and a leg for replacement), but saved my engine from failure in the nick of time.
If you ask me, this is NEGLIGENT, IRRESPONSIBLE servicing. Just plain wrong.
The service manager is pretty gruff - he has his good days, but the way that place goes through service writers I think says a lot about them in general. Best department in this joint is the parts department - they are expensive, but the guys are nice. Too bad they don't offer a time of year where you can get good discounts on the parts you need.
