Hey there,
Can anyone recommend a great HID kid that would work well on my 98 V70 AWD? Right now I've got the PIAA bright whites in low high beams. They're good but I wouldn't mind something better on the dark backroads of Maine.
I also saw someone with the same car as me who had said he put on the headlights (the background and lens) from a 2004 C70. The background looks unbelievable and he said he got it from the dealer. When I asked my dealer they had no idea how that could work?
Any ideas...

there's an actual thread right in cosmetics

there are current two sources for HID lights
Adrian (Jamaica2G?) and Kevin ('98S70R) who sell hid kits
kevin also got the C70 jewel light conversion

and dealers don't know anything

oh, and please register

adrian can get them cheaper but if you live near kevin it would be more convient to just get them from him (small price difference)

Thanks I'll check this stuff out for the upcoming summer and I'll join the site. I think my first upgrade for this year is going to be the intake that Eurosport is selling.
I go to Bates College in Lewiston.
