Had the same thing happen to me about two weeks ago when going to Royal Motors in SF with LiquidKernel.

SF Roads suck!

You may want to try Wheel Techniques in Santa Clara (kind of far, but good people). Telephone (408) 496-6363.

ohmy.gif You're lucky you could notice that it was bent. Mine was for awhile I'm assuming on my old Perfos and while doing 80 on the highway the pressure from the bend blew the tire out....a 360 degree cut on the outer wall of the tire. Luckily, I was able to stay under control and pull over. Haven't tried to have rim repaired lately though, anyone know a place in FL for that?

I have two bent adharas, I haven't blown a tire with them, but they leak air like a biznatch, and taking a rubber mallet to the lip didn't help things either
