I couple of months ago I bought a 1998 S70 (NA). It is a automatic, cold weather package, leather, and 122K miles. But now it is time to start adding to her. Been looking at this site for a while to get some ideas.

I know I want:

euro side markers
fog lamps
headlight bulbs
rims w/tires (from 15" up to something 17")
grill
tint

plus unknown proformance ungrades ........... not sure what is just for show or a real improvement.

Would like to get some feed back from the PRO's. Current repair issues are front spoiler (cracked on drivers fog lamp insert), antenna (of course), drivers side rear lock accuator (won't unlock with others), and overall and complete detailing.

I seem to be having some trouble posting images. I used the help section, but it appears I did something worng.

by the way ........ I am in Indianapolis, Indiana maybe this could be the start of a Midwest Crew .......... Just Kidding NW CREW!

well the MW crew is alive... if you include illinois it is even more alive. haha. (on my map MW includes Illinois, none of this east central stuff).

I knwo you said indy, but put it in your profile too so others don't have to bug you about it.

Your list sounds good... tint will make the car look SO bad jerk too.

ok first get rid of those rims... yucky. Second tint that thing Mad styles. black with tint = superb

She is black with tan leather interior. Thanks for the welcome. by the way my cd player (SC-816) wouldn't take a cd the other day. So i used the search database and problem solved .................... Thanks to all at VS.

Would also like to know what preformance upgrades could be done. Remember she isn't a turbo. Sorry for all the questions I sure this would be alot easier for me if I just moved to the NW.

2.5" cat back exhaust
310cc injectors
Speedtuning computer (there is a group buy on them now)
IPD sway bars and strut tower brace
MSD ignition coil kit
K&N panel filter
Underdrive pulley from unorthodox racing
and when all else fails a 37 or 50 HP shot of our friend N20

I wouldn't say I was LURKING too much. I had trouble getting logged in. So today I set a new email address and then posted. And as far as the NW Crew being famous. If you are on this site for more than 3 1/2 minutes you would see something about the crew. But if all goes well and the mods don't go too deep into my pocket the MW Crew will be representing ................. OH IL MI MO KY WI IA MN and IN !!! I am not trying to start a problem, but the VCOA National Meet is going to be in our backyard ............... See you all in Kansas City 09.16.2005 !!!
